Welcome to our latest team member :)

I would like to extend a very warm welcome to our latest staff member at the Cosmetic Clinic! Our newest – and quite lovely –  addition to the clinic is a young lady by the name of Jade. She will be our “first impression of the clinic” representative, handling the front reception with a smile and bubbly personality!
Jade joined us fairly recently and has been doing an amazing job thus far. I am absolutely positive that all of our patients will adore her – we certainly do! Check out our clinic website soon for a little bio and photo of Jade.

So, don’t be surprised if it is not me on the other line when you call! I will still be around, but a little bit more behind the scenes than I was before I am always in office if you want to chat – I always welcome a pleasant catch-up with friends!

We have a new team member!

Tra la la! We have a new staff member starting on Monday and I am so excited to introduce her to all the patients! Her name is Jade and she will be working at the front desk  and greeting all of our lovely patients! So, it won't always be me answering the phones anymore - if you don't quite recognize the voice, it is likely Jade.
We have just been so busy lately that it has been hard to keep up with the phone calls. Jade is a very welcomed addition to the team!

We're Renovating!

Well, I know that it is always a little hectic around here, but surely patients have been noticing that it is MORE than a little hectic of late...at least there is good reason for this! We're renovating! Dr. Takhar is expanding the cosmetic clinic around the corner and down the hallway! This is incredibly exciting news. It will make everyone's lives easier! I know, life should be easy breezy when you are visiting us, but we have been expanding our clientele without expanding our clinic space and this means anything but easy, breezy. Finally we will have a larger waiting room so that we can eliminate the "Standing-room-only-Friday" epidemic that sweeps through once a week. Each of our lasers will now have its own treatment room and this means that no longer will anyone be left waiting for a room to "be free." Sometimes double-booking can happen...blame it on me - but also know that I am not the only one who does the booking :) Ahem...Natalie? Barinda? Just kidding...
Regardless of how these mix-ups happen, these mix-ups will be obsolete now that each laser has its own private space. As soon as you arrive, you will be seated in the new, cozy, cooshy, chic waiting room. But don't get too comfy! Shortly thereafter we will escort you to one of the 6 new treatment rooms. The laser tattoo removal room, the ProFractional Laser room, the Laser Skin Tightening Room, the Peel Room, the Botox and Filler room and so forth.
I am really excited about this and surely the rest of the staff are, as well. I am just the nerd that gets overly excited about re-organizing and labeling :)
Oh...and I'll leak a little surprise planned for the new year... PLASTIC...SURGEON...HERE... :)
